Brief for Amici Curiae Current and Former Student Body Presidents of University of Texas at Austin in Support of Respondents
 
After the U.S. Supreme Court decided to re-hear the case of Abigail Fisher v. University of Texas, I contributed to this amicus brief in support of UT. The case brought into question the school's holistic admissions process, which considers race among a host of other factors. The brief argues that affirmative action is good. UT won the case in 2016.
